高血压患者 RAAS 水平与左心房内径的关联性研究

Abstract

目的:分析高血压病患者中肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)与左心房直径大小之间的关系。方法:选取伊犁哈萨克自治州新华医院高血压科2024年1月至2024年12月收治的高血压患者121例,根据超声心动图左心房内径大小进行分组,左心房内径增大组(n=32)和非左心房内径增大组(n=89),观察比较两组血浆醛固酮、血浆肾素、肌酐等指标。结果:2组受检者的血浆醛固酮、肌酐、EF%差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别、年龄、体质指数、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血浆肾素、24小时平均心率等差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高血压患者血浆醛固酮水平与左心房内径大小相关。
