细胞焦亡在脓毒症致多器官功能衰竭中的病理机制及研究进展

Abstract
脓毒症是指机体对感染反应失调所引起的危及生命的器官功能障碍,而多器官功能衰竭是其主要死因。细胞焦亡作为一种由Gasdermin家族蛋白介导的程序性细胞死亡方式,已经被证实为脓毒症进程当中的关键环节。本文系统叙述了目前研究中细胞焦亡在脓毒症中的分子机制,并重点阐述了其在诱导内皮细胞损伤、微循环障碍及各个器官功能衰竭的重要作用。同时,探讨了从抗细胞焦亡角度治疗脓毒症策略的潜力和挑战。
