回授法健康教育在膝关节置换患者康复中的应用

Abstract
目的:探讨回授法健康教育模式在膝关节置换术(Total Knee Arthroplasty,TKA)患者中的应用及效果。方法:选取于2024年4月至2025年4月于我院骨科行TKA的患者为研究对象,按照随机分配原则,最终纳入40例作为观察组、40例为对照组。观察组采用回授法健康教育模式进行康复训练指导,对照组采用传统健康教育模式进行指导。比较两组患者的护理宣教满意度、自我护理能力、膝关节功能和生活质量。结果:(1)观察组护理宣教满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)两组患者术后3个月自我护理能力较术前均显著提升,且观察组提升更显著(P<0.05);(3)两组患者术后膝关节功能评分均高于术前,且观察组膝关节功能评分在术后各时间点均高于对照组(P<0.05);(4)术后3月,两组患者生活质量均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将回授法的健康教育模式应用于TKA患者的康复训练中,可以显著提高其护理宣教满意度、自我护理能力,同时有助于促进膝关节功能恢复及提升生活质量。
