耳内镜下鼓膜修补材料及影响鼓膜的生物制剂研究进展

Abstract
鼓膜穿孔是一种由慢性中耳炎、交通事故、暴力事件、气压变化等引起的中耳损伤。这是一种相对常见的临床疾病。临床表现主要为耳痛、耳鸣、急性出血和耳压增大。在严重的情况下,可能会发生感染,甚至可能导致感音神经性耳聋。对于不同大小和不同原因造成的鼓膜穿孔,较小的穿孔,尤其是外伤性穿孔,一般可以自行愈合,但对于较大的穿孔,则很难自行愈合。如果治疗长时间不愈合者,应进行相关检查,必要时应进行鼓室成形术,以改善听力,防止鼓室感染。耳镜下鼓膜修补是一项重要的工作。
