Abstract
陇川县植烟区域分散,部分烟田位于山区、半山区,基层技术员服务半径较大,关键农 时信息同步和田间问题反馈压力较重。基于陇川县烟叶生产技术服务实践,本文归纳 微信群、移动终端、电子台账、图片采集、短视频推送和电话联动等低门槛工具在 育苗、移栽、大田管理、成熟采收、烘烤和收购等环节的应用路径。实践表明,在不 改变原有服务关系的前提下,将线上提醒、图片反馈、分类处置和台账跟踪嵌入基层 流程,能够提高共性信息到达效率,促进田间问题前端分流,强化生产过程留痕。后续 仍需从分层培训、采集模板、资料归档和信息安全等方面完善运行机制。
