Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Professional Development of Nursing Staff Based on Health Management

Abstract

With the growing adoption of health management concepts, nursing professionals are assuming increasingly vital roles within healthcare systems. However, their career development faces multiple challenges, including ambiguous career advancement pathways, occupational burnout, and diminished professional identity. This study analyzes the current state of nursing career development, integrates health management principles, identifies key obstacles and their root causes, and proposes targeted solutions and optimization strategies. The research aims to provide actionable guidance for career progression while enhancing the overall competency of nursing teams.
