Abstract
目的:针对宠物托管门店预约分散、排栏依赖经验、照护证据链不完整等问题,设计 一站式宠物托管服务管理平台。方法:将栏位安排抽象为带硬约束和软目标的资源 分配问题,构建宠物档案、托管订单、栏位资源、照护任务和风险事件等对象,并提 出可复核的贪心匹配规则。结果:30 d仿真样本显示,本文规则较人工排栏和通用先到先得预约具有更高栏位利用率和更 低人工改派率;预约创建、栏位查询和照护提交P95响应时间分别为214、176和142 ms,异常事件平均确认时间为8.6 min。结论:平台将栏位调度、照护记录和风险事件纳入可追溯链路,可为宠物托管 门店提供面向活体照护风险的过程管理方法。
