β-螺旋桨折叠子基因内部特征与蛋白质结构的相关性分析

Abstract
mRNA作为连接基因组与功能蛋白组的桥梁,它的序列特征不仅决定了蛋白质的翻译效率,而且还深刻影响着新生肽链的折叠过程。本文初步对五叶β-螺旋桨结构Tachylectin-2蛋白质的氨基酸序列以及基因序列的内部特征。研究结果表明,除了氨基酸序列存在与结构相应的五重复结构,它的基因序列上也存在多个特征与蛋白质的五叶β-螺旋桨结构相对应。密码子偏好、GC含量、氨基酸带电性以及mRNA局部折叠能量都出现了相应的局部连续上升或是连续下降。这些在不同特性中展现出的显著规律,共同构成了一个精细的生物学调控网络,影响翻译动力学和蛋白质折叠路径,并最终影响蛋白质的结构与功能。
