耐高温陶瓷冻结浆料3D打印方法研究

Abstract

本文提出了一种新型的基于浆料的陶瓷3D打印方法。浆料由陶瓷粉末、有机粘结剂水溶液构成。单层生坯的加工过程包括铺料、冷冻和激光扫描。层层累积成型后,在水中融化去除多余的材料,得到陶瓷生坯。冻结的浆料为整个生坯提供牢固的支撑,避免了加工过程中生坯的变形;多余的支撑材料可在水中无机械损伤、无溶胀的融化去除;加工的陶瓷生坯具有发泡状的内部微观结构,可耐1100℃高温。新方法可用于加工耐高温陶瓷型壳。
