高中体育生命教育拓展课程的设计与探索

Abstract
本研究运用了多元化的调研手法,包括搜集文献资料、开展问卷访问、执行数据分析等,对浙江诸暨二中开展的生命教育拓展课程案例进行了深入剖析。探讨了课程规划的众多细节,包含课程宗旨、课程内容构成、学时规划、授课环境、教学策略、评估体系以及教师团队的组建等,建立了以生命教育为中心的课程教学结构。该课程在实践探索中有效促进了学生在紧急情况应对、自救互救能力的提高,对促进校内体育教学改革与发展提供了宝贵的实证参照。
