退役光伏组件热解分离技术研究

Abstract

在双碳背景下,以光伏发电为代表的新能源行业迎来长期高速发展机会,研究退役光伏回收利用,避免新型固废的环境污染问题已迫在眉睫。热解法回收因工艺简单,有机物去除彻底,有利于退役光伏资源循环。本文研究了在空气条件下,不同热解温度和热解时间对组件分离的影响,在加热温度450℃、加热时间2h条件下,有机挥发性物质可完全分解,且在钢化玻璃和太阳能电池片上没有残留,通过SEM-EDS分析热解后的太阳能电池片,晶硅、银等无机组分几乎没有发生改变,实现光伏组件高效率彻底分离。
