反思性实践理论对英语教师专业发展的促进研究

Abstract

自21世纪以来,世界各国教育改革的重点逐渐转向学生的核心素养,教师的专业发展也得到了广泛关注。唐纳德·舍恩(Donald A. Schon)提出的“反思性实践”强调教师在教学中通过“行动中认识”和“行动中反思”,灵活应对教学情境,提升专业能力。该理论对英语教师专业发展意义重大,它有利于提升英语教师实践反思能力,促进英语教师共同体发展,有助于师生共同发展。基于此,英语教师应依托科学理论深化教学反思,学校要构建保障机制汇聚发展合力,从而不断提升教学质量,契合新时代教育发展需求,推动英语教师的专业发展。
