人工智能赋能教育变革:政策分析与路径探究

Abstract

“人工智能+教育”已成为世界各国激烈竞争的战略制高点。近两年美、英等西方发达国家及联合国、欧盟等国际和地区组织相继制定了教育类人工智能监管政策,推动和规范“人工智能+教育”的落地实施。我国在人工智能的软件研发、硬件配套、大众接受度等方面基础深厚,有条件在全国范围内推动人工智能与教育的深度融合。借鉴相关国家的政策以及人工智能的应用逻辑与发展现状,我国需从以下四方面发力推动人工智能与教育的融合:管理部门进一步完善政策体系,加强规范引导;大专院校先行开展多层面、多维度探索,为基础教育培养和输送AI素养过硬的师资力量;人工智能开发公司和部门针对性改进、开发具有教育功能的本土AI平台;教育工作者强化自身人工智能运用能力。以上措施有望保障中国特色“人工智能+教育”安全、高效的发展。
