生成式人工智能赋能医学研究生教育创新人才培养 ——以 DeepSeek 为例

Abstract
随着医学专业学位教育与住院医师规范化培训的深度融合,医学生临床思维与创新能力面临更高要求,而生成式人工智能(如DeepSeek)的普及既带来机遇,也催生“AI依赖症”隐忧。本文系统探讨AI赋能医学创新人才培养的路径:通过构建动态三维解剖模型与虚拟患者,解决传统教育中知识断层与数据孤岛问题;依托智能分析系统实现临床决策精准化与个性化训练,缩短能力成长周期;创新虚实结合的技能训练模式,融合多模态技术提升复杂场景应对能力;推动医学人文教育数字化转型,利用情感交互式虚拟患者强化共情与伦理决策能力。研究强调,需在AI技术赋能与人文素养培养间寻求平衡,通过开放数据平台与跨学科协作,构建兼顾临床胜任力与创新思维的医学教育新生态,为健康中国战略培育领军人才。
