以评促学:聚焦反馈回路的过程性评价

Abstract
在新时代教育评价改革背景下,过程性评价如何实现学生个体差异和学习过程密切关注、全面了解学生情况、提供及时反馈和指导等,已成为教学实践中重点关注的话题。文章提出基于反馈回路的过程性评价模式,探讨其在初中语文教学中的应用策略,包括建立语文学习成长档案袋、鼓励学生自评互评、注重学习过程的“微进步”。聚焦反馈回路的过程性评价可以更全面、准确地反映学生的学习情况,促进学生个体综合素养的提升与发展,培养学生的自主学习能力、批判性思维和创造性表达能力。
