国际教师职业使命感研究热点及未来展望

Abstract

强烈的职业使命感激发教师履行职业责任,培养创新型人才奉献社会。运用CiteSpace6.3.R1软件对Web of Science数据库中收录的544篇教师职业使命感有关文献进行可视化分析。研究发现:国际教师职业使命感研究的热点集中在教师职业使命感认知、与学生、与教师专业发展、与组织成员支持和作用效果五个方面。未来教师职业使命感研究将多方合力培养教师职业使命感、关注教师职业使命感,提升教师专业发展水平、转变领导风格,增强组织支持力度。
