《中外茶艺》课程混合式教学智能茶空间的设计

Abstract

伴随着教育教学模式的不断演进,反观旅游管理类专业学生实训课堂传统的围观式、集体式教学显现出其课堂教学的短板,主要表现在课堂效率较低和无法在课堂教授环节引起学生的学习兴趣,这些问题说明教学改革不能只停留在传统意义上的混合式教学。基于此,本文首先介绍了智能教学空间支持混合式教学的时代背景。其次,针对混合教学发展的新特点,设计了智能教学空间的基本架构,提出了课堂教学中对于学习空间与智能化教学改革结合的设计理念,为学生设计一个可以真正联动教学课堂和线上学习的沉浸式智能学习空间,为学生在茶文化学习、茶艺技能学习以及茶美学之间打造一个氛围式智能化的茶空间。实现实验实训教学的教→学→练→评的全域智能化。从而实现更深度的师生互动,促进实践教学的智能化转型,重塑革新实验实训教学新形态。
