生态主义课程观下乡村教师教育课程资源开发

Abstract
我国乡村教师职前培养课程存在资源价值认可度低、开发不足等问题,芬兰的北极教学法通过社区、语言、文化、数字、老年人五个因素构建课程,展现了课程资源与地方自然环境、文化背景、学生发展的联系,具有生态主义课程观的特征。其在课程实施中,涵盖了学习环境、教师身份、教育领导等多个层面。基于芬兰三门教师培养课程的案例,本文从生态主义视角分析了课程的内容和特点,为我国乡村教师教育课程资源的开发提供了参考思路。
