Abstract

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对全球经济及社会造成了巨大影响，使全球治理面临新的考验。我国在疫情防控中提出健康优先的原则，调度国家力量，开启了方舱医院、火神山、雷神山医院等一系列应急措施，为新冠病毒感染者免费医疗，有效遏制了疫情的严峻形势。这凸显了人民生命安全第一为核心的健康平等理念和健康权维护治理理念，它植根于中国当代历史与实践，是成功抗击疫情的基本价值指导理念。
