青少年自然体验和学生心理健康

Abstract

在“自然缺失症”的背景下,本文探讨了人类与自然环境的关系及其对心理健康的影响。研究表明,接触自然能有效缓解心理障碍,减少焦虑和抑郁风险。自然体验的多感官刺激有助于产生积极心理状态。为改善青少年心理健康,本文建议通过自然教育和心理健康活动,如自然日记、动植物互动、自然冥想等,提高学生的注意力、责任感和幸福感,从而缓解焦虑并提升心理健康水平。
