在泰中国留学生跨文化交际能力研究

Abstract
本研究聚焦于泰国格乐大学汉语国际教育硕士专业中国留学生的跨文化交际能力(ICC),通过问卷调查的方式,本研究收集了249份有效问卷,采用描述性统计分析、相关性分析和回归分析等方法,对数据进行综合评估。研究结果揭示了学生在跨文化敏感度方面表现良好,但在跨文化效能感,特别是互动信心和实际掌控交际过程方面存在不足。学校环境和教师能力对学生的ICC具有显著正向影响,而学生的个人背景和语言能力也是影响其ICC的关键因素。研究强调了高等教育机构在跨文化交际教育中应加强课程设计和教学方法创新,提升教师专业素养,并鼓励学生积极参与跨文化活动。
