高层次职业教育发展的重要性与可行性分析——从英国学位学徒制出发探讨

Abstract
作为一种高层次应用型人才培养模式,英国学位学徒制历久弥新,享誉世界。通过企业主导,高职院校与行政部门等多方利益相关者共同参与,英国学位学徒制一方面提升了职业学生的就业能力,缓解了就业难题；另一方面也为企业提供了技术精湛的劳动者,促进了经济发展。因此,本文着重分析英国学位学徒制的发展动因与地位作用,从其发展经验中挖掘我国高层次职业教育发展的重要性与可行性,助力我国职业教育发展。
