袋鼠式护理对新生儿神经发育、体格发育、睡眠质量的影响

Abstract
目的:分析袋鼠式护理对新生儿神经发育、体格发育、睡眠质量的影响。方法:纳入我院2024年11月—2025年4月分娩的新生儿40例,参照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用袋鼠式护理,统计两组护理效果进行对比。结果:护理后,观察组新生儿身高、体重等增长更好,夜间觉醒时间及次数更少,白天及夜间睡眠时间更长,神经发育更佳,母乳喂养率更高,均与对照组形成明显的数据差异(P<0.05)。结论:袋鼠式护理通过使新生儿与母亲皮肤亲密接触,在增强皮肤感觉灵敏性的同时促进神经行为发育,能减轻或减少外界对新生儿的影响,促进新生儿各生理指标稳定发育。
