巨噬细胞在牙周炎免疫机制进展中的影响路径

Abstract
目前在临床中,治疗牙周炎的主要手段在药物辅助的基础上是通过机械方法清除龈上牙石、龈下牙石和菌斑,同时将暴露在牙周袋内的含有细菌内毒素的病变牙骨质刮除,而牙周炎是由牙菌斑引起宿主的免疫炎症反应发展而来,因此,除机械治疗外,免疫治疗也十分重要。巨噬细胞作为机体免疫系统的重要组成成分,在牙周炎的发生、发展过程中扮演着重要的角色。本综述旨在探究巨噬细胞对牙周炎发展进程产生的影响,为靶向基础研究和临床治疗提供新思路。
