ER靶点药物研发进展

Abstract

ER((estrogen receptor)在乳腺癌、前列腺癌、结肠直肠癌等各种癌症治疗中具有重要作用,在心血管疾病、骨质疏松症和肥胖、阿尔兹海默症中也发挥作用。如靶向ER的药物Formestane,批准用于肿瘤；Anastrozole,批准用于肿瘤和乳腺癌；Clomiphene,批准用于女性不育、Raloxifene批准用于乳腺癌和绝经期后骨质疏松等等。已批准和在研靶向ER的药物,均有相关扩展适应症,包括阿尔兹海默症、心脏病等等。随着对ER作用机制研究深入,靶向ER药物或在更多疾病领域突破,为跨病症治疗提供新方向与可能。
