平卧菊三七的多糖成分与结构表征研究

Abstract
平卧菊三七Gynura procumbens (Lour.)Merr是菊科菊三七属的一年生草本植物,又名蔓三七,在东南亚及我国广东、江西、贵州等地有广泛种植。菊三七属植物长期以来被少数民族当作草药或食用蔬菜,如菊叶三七别名称土三七,为彝族、苗族和瑶族等少数民族常用,《中国彝族药学》记载其可治疗咽喉炎、扁桃体炎和肺结核等疾病;平卧菊三七也称续命草,《云南中草药》记载其可散淤、消肿和治疗痛风等疾病,除此之外,其还可以当做蔬菜食用,马来西亚等地区还将其做茶饮。国内外报道表明该属植物普遍含有丰富的黄酮、生物碱、萜类、甾醇、酚酸和脂肪酸等成分,具有降糖、降尿酸、镇痛、抗炎、止血和抗肿瘤等药理作用。当前,菊三七属植物的研究主要集中在平卧菊三七、白子菜和灵菊七等植物,且其都表明有良好的治疗糖尿病的效果。菊三七属植物大多数药食同源,具备很高的保健食品开发潜力,有极高的蔬菜和药用价值,本文综述了菊三七属植物的化学成分和药理作用研究现状,以期为进一步综合利用该属植物的价值提供参考依据。
