三种不同诱因建立肺纤维化小鼠模型的研究

Abstract
目的:对比博来霉素(BLM)、脂多糖(LPS)和异硫氰酸荧光素酯(FITC)诱导的小鼠肺纤维化模型。方法:通过气管滴注BLM、LPS和FITC建立模型,并在第21天和28天测量肺、脾、胸腺的重量及计算脏器指数,检测肺组织羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量,并进行病理分析。结果:BLM和LPS降低小鼠体重,增加肺重和肺指数(P<0.05);BLM和FITC升高肺组织HYP含量(P<0.05);FITC增加脾重和脾指数(P<0.01或P<0.001)。HE染色显示LPS引起中度肺纤维化。结论:BLM、FITC和LPS均能诱导不同程度的肺纤维化,表现各异,提示在药物评价中应根据其特性选择合适的模型。
