索网式支撑平台在筒仓仓顶施工中的应用

Abstract
柔性支撑平台在筒仓锥顶施工过程中能够缩短施工周期,降低人力和物力的消耗,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。为探究柔性支撑平台在大直径筒仓顶施工过程中的受力性能及变形情况,本文以新疆将军二号露天煤矿工程为例,对索网式支撑平台进行计算分析和施工监测,根据计算结果确定索网式支撑平台在各施工过程中的受力与位移的关键位置,并布设监测点位对其进行监测。结果表明在进行锥壳区域混凝土浇筑时,索网平台不会产生较大的变形,平台的受力与位移均呈现缓慢增长的趋势,相反在中心区域浇筑时,平台的受力与位移会显著增大;此外数值模拟结果与监测结果的变化趋势较为吻合,索网平台应力最大相对误差不足10%,位移最大误差不超过4%,该结果不仅验证了有限元模型的正确性,同时结论可为后续相关研究提供一定理论依据。
