加拿大高等教育现代化的特点及启示-以安大略省为例

Abstract
研究基于加拿大教育部长理事会发布的《2023–2027年战略计划》,聚焦于高等教育系统可持续性提升的政策导向。选取安大略省作为典型案例,从国际化、公平化与数字化三个维度分析其教育现代化路径。结果显示,加拿大在国际化方面鼓励学生跨国流动与多元文化交流,在公平化方面推行教育公平行动计划以消除结构性歧视,在数字化方面强调构建可获得、可负担且可持续的高等教育体系。研究结论指出,加拿大的经验对中国高等教育改革具有重要借鉴意义,为实现教育高质量发展提供了有益思路。
