“第二课堂成绩单”制度下民办高校人才培养探微

Abstract

中国的民办高校作为高等教育体系的重要组成部分,肩负着为经济社会发展培养人才的重任。在新时代的教育改革背景下,民办高校精准定位,致力于培养应用型人才。这些人才以实践应用为核心,具备应用理论、专业素质和良好道德品质,是全面发展的人才。然而,面对新时代的人才需求,民办高校的应用型人才培养仍需优化。本研究探讨民办高校“第二课堂成绩单”制度的现状、成果、挑战及优化策略,旨在通过制度创新提升人才培养质量,实现可持续发展。
