成长敏感期理论与城市少儿身体素养培养

Abstract
本研究基于成长敏感期理论,探讨如何促进12岁以下城市少儿身体素养发展。文章首先回顾了成长敏感期理论和城市少儿身体素养研究现状,分析了现有研究的不足。文章阐述了成长敏感期理论的内涵及其对城市少儿身体素养发展的影响,并结合不同年龄阶段城市少儿的敏感期特点,提出了相应的身体素养培养策略,强调家庭、学校、社区应协同构建运动友好型环境,并开展针对性的运动干预,以促进城市少儿健康成长和全面发展。
