初中生压力知觉、心理韧性对手机成瘾的影响

Abstract
基于“一般压力”理论，探讨初中生压力知觉、手机成瘾和心理韧性之间的关系及其内在机制。方法：采用手机成瘾量表、压力知觉量表、心理韧性量表对成都市三所中学480名初一与初二的学生，采用标准化问卷进行调查研究。结果发现：压力知觉与心理韧性显著负相关（r=-0.696，P<0.01）和手机成瘾均显著正相关（r=0.494，P<0.01），心理韧性与手机成瘾显著负相关（r=0.427，P<0.01）；压力知觉直接正向预测手机成瘾（β=0.491，P<0.01），心理韧性在压力知觉与手机成瘾间存在部分中介作用，中介效应量占23.4%。研究结果表明压力知觉可以直接影响初中生手机成瘾，也会通过影响心理韧性水平间接影响手机成瘾水平，心理韧性作为保护因素发挥积极作用。
