从土地和自然中汲取成长的力量——城市幼儿园“农味”课程建设的经验与思考

Abstract
本研究探究城市幼儿园“农味”课程的建设价值和实践过程，总结了多家城市幼儿园课程建设过程中的经验：综合利用各种教育资源，支持幼儿多种经验的拓展提升、践行自然教育理念，实现自然教育愿景、构建完备的课程制度体系，保证课程顺利实施、以能动型教师支持幼儿的“能动学习”，培养自主发展的儿童。当然，各园在课程建设过程中也还存在一些问题，如课程目标的制定思路有待明晰、课程资源的开发路径有待拓展、课程领导组织结构中的文化自觉性有待加强、课程实施中的文化创新性有待提升。在此基础上，研究者进行了思考：如何在课程构思建设中以多元视角拓展思路、在课程组织管理中强化教师的课程领导力、让课程设计实施更加具有创新性。
