职教学生专业认同和学习投入现状及相关

Abstract
随着职业教育不断发展，除了硬件建设外，职业院校学生的成就动机与专业认同状况也成为学生能否成长成才的关键因素，本文通过随机抽样、采用线上线下结合的方式，对职业院校（本专科）学生开展调查，并通过SPSS进行数据分析。结果显示，不同专业、年级、性别和是否是独生子女的职业院校学生在成就动机上差异显著；本专科、不同专业、不同年级、不同性别的职业院校学生在专业认可度上差异显著；职业院校学生成就动机与专业认同呈显著正相关。
