SHARE理论在《基础护理学》中的应用

Abstract
目的：探讨基于SHARE理论的案例式教学在《基础护理学》中的应用效果。方法：采用整群抽样选取2020年10月-12月某高职院校296名同层次的三年制护理专科生作为对照组,选取2021年10月-12月某高职院校305名同层次的三年制护理专科生作为实验组。对照组在基础护理教学中采用传统教学法,实验组采用基于SHARE理论的案例式教学,比较两组护生的人文关怀能力和人文关怀意识。结果：干预后,实验组护生的人文关怀能力得分、人文关怀能力意识得分和学生的期末成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在基础护理教学中应用基于SHARE理论的案例式教学,能明显提高高职护生的人文关怀意识和人文关怀能力,改善学生的学习成绩。
