基于DEMATEL-ANP-FCE模型的智能建造技术应用风险研究

Abstract
本文旨在识别施工项目智能建造技术应用中的主要风险。基于改进的TOE框架,综合运用DEMATEL、ANP与模糊综合评价方法,对15位专家打分数据进行分析。结果显示整体风险水平较高,关键风险包括技术人员短缺、数据交互度低、信息安全与收益不确定性。研究构建了系统化、多方法融合的风险评估模型,为施工企业风险管理与政策优化提供参考。
