基于图像目标检测的调机机车智能障碍物识别与预警系统

Abstract

铁路调机作业环境复杂多变,人工瞭望方式易受视觉盲区、天气干扰及人员疲劳等因素影响,导致碰撞事故频发,严重威胁作业安全与铁路运输效率。为降低安全隐患、减轻司机工作强度,本论文设计了基于计算机图像处理与目标检测的智能障碍物识别预警系统。该系统通过在调机机车上部署的高清摄像头,实时检测前方环境的行人、车量、异物等,结合障碍物距离、运动趋势等信息生成多级预警信号,并可进一步通过接口干预机车调机系统的行进速度与制动指令。该系统有望为铁路调机作业提升复杂场景下的风险预判能力,降低人为操作失误导致的事故率,为铁路运输安全生产提供智能化技术支撑。
