产教融合背景下软件测试课程产出导向教学改革研究

Abstract
随着软件行业的快速发展，对高质量测试人才的需求日益迫切。然而，当前高校软件测试课程存在教学内容滞后、实践环节薄弱、综合能力培养不足等问题，难以满足行业发展的需求。本文基于产教融合和产出导向教育（OBE）理论，提出了一种系统化的软件测试课程教学改革方案。研究通过动态调整课程内容、引入企业实际项目、构建综合能力评价体系等措施，强化学生实践能力与职业竞争力。试点实施结果表明，该方案显著提高了学生在技能掌握、就业适配和企业满意度等方面的表现，为高校技术课程的改革提供了参考路径。
