职场受气家庭得利?职场排斥对不道德亲家庭行为的影响机制

Abstract

职场排斥作为一种隐蔽的职场现象受到理论和实践界的广泛关注。然而,目前的研 究较少考察它对于家庭领域的溢出影响。不道德亲家庭行为,这种损害组织维护家 庭利益的行为日益受到关注,职场排斥与其的作用机制有待探讨。
