中国企业国内并购与出口韧性关系研究

Abstract
经济全球化是人类社会发展必经之路,多边贸易体制为各国带来了共同机遇。在我国不断加大开放力度享受对外贸易带来的好处时,我国也逐渐深入高不确定性的国际大环境中。在这样背景下,企业是否拥有良好的出口韧性是应对复杂国际市场风险冲击以及持续发展的关键,为了促进企业蓬勃发展和加快产业转型升级提高出口韧性,大多数企业都选择了并购重组这一重要渠道。本文在介绍并购概念、并购类型的基础上阐述其发展历程,对出口韧性含义、影响因素进行说明,对两者关系进行分析、探讨其影响机制后提出对策建议,希望能够为提高中国企业出口韧性增加国际竞争力提供参考建议。
