国企办养老机构可持续发展的系统路径研究

Abstract
步入老龄化社会后,国企办养老机构在养老产业发展过程中扮演着重要角色,但其可持续发展仍然面临着一些问题和挑战。本文基于价值三角构建了由管理认知、资源能力、组织结构和盈利模式构成的养老机构经营四维模型,并借助“5W1H”分析法探讨国企办养老机构的可持续经营模式的具体内容。最后,本文提出新发展阶段推动国企办养老机构可持续发展的系统路径,即以流程再造重塑体系认知,以多元协同倍增资源能力,以用户思维创新盈利模式。
