中国中小商业银行公司治理问题研究

Abstract

随着我国经济的不断进步,促进了中小商业银行的快速发展,但在这一过程中,也经常出现问题;根本原因在于,中小商业银行需要一个规范的内部治理体系和高效治理能力。鉴于此情况,本文将重点研究中小商业银行的公司治理。然后针对其短板采取针对性的优化措施,旨在提升中小商业银行综合治理水平,以及提高其市场竞争力,从而为其长期可持续发展奠定良好基础。
