PPP模式下能源企业资金管理面临的风险及控制

Abstract
当前大部分能源企业在资金管理方面,面临着严峻的资金管理风险与挑战,严重抑制了能源企业经济效益的增长。为了进一步研究能源企业面临的资金管理风险,提出有效的资金管理风险控制措施,保障能源企业资金管理的安全,本文阐述了PPP模式下能源企业面临的资金管理风险,进而提出控制风险的具体策略。本研究在帮助能源企业探索PPP项目风险控制方案,保证能源企业资金管理的安全性,提高能源企业资金管理效率具有一定的参考价值。
