白酒酒糟营养成分解析及饲料化应用前景

Abstract
随着畜牧业饲料成本上升以及国内酒糟的大量产出,酒糟的饲料化问题越来越引起重视,关于酒糟饲料化的研究也越来越多。本篇综述通过阅读文献整理不同的实验结果,主要探讨了酒糟的营养价值、酒糟饲料化的方式、研究现状和对其未来发展的评估。其中本文对研究较多微生物处理酒糟方式进行了详写,涉及了微生物处理的不同方式及其优势,旨在对后续研究有所帮助。
