土壤抗生素抗性基因污染现状及阻控策略综述

Abstract

抗生素抗性(antimicrobial resistance,AMR)污染已成为全球性热点问题,抗生素抗性基因(antibiotic resistance genes,ARGs)已经在诸多环境介质中检出,严重威胁人类健康。其中,土壤由于受到污水排放、畜牧养殖和农业灌溉等人类活动的影响,成为ARGs最大的环境储存库之一。了解土壤中ARGs的来源、污染现状是阻控土壤中ARGs污染的必要条件。本文综述了土壤中ARGs的污染现状,归纳总结了现有的土壤ARGs污染阻控策略,为土壤ARGs的污染水平和风险评估提供了一定的支撑,为土壤ARGs污染阻控技术提供理论依据。
