深圳市工业碳排放现状及驱动因素研究

Abstract
在深圳等城市率先试行和实验低碳经济,积极探索符合我国工业化和城市化实际的低碳经济发展道路是中央政府对深圳的期待。碳排放驱动力研究有助于揭示当前深圳碳排放转型过程中的驱动因素与典型特征,为破解超大城市碳困境提供参考。本文在数据分析与LMDI分解模型的基础上,对深圳市工业碳排放现状进行梳理分析,得到驱动深圳碳排放的相关因素与具体效力。本文研究结果显示,深圳市工业碳排放整体呈现明显下降趋势。工业碳排放主要来自计算机、通信和其他电子设备制造产生的电力和原煤消耗。能源强度和碳排放系数是抑制深圳市碳排放的主要因素,从业人口、人均产出和能源结构是促进深圳市工业碳排放的主要因素。本文的研究结果认为深圳市的工业已步入经济发展与碳排放脱钩阶段,可实现既不影响工业经济增长,同时碳排放大幅下降的目标。本文的研究结果将为“碳中和”过程中深圳产业转型升级提供数据支撑与基本面参考。
