HPSE提取-高效液相色谱法测定土壤中的阿特拉津

Abstract
本研究验证了HJ 1052-2019《土壤和沉积物11种三嗪类农药的测定高效液相色谱法》的适应性,建立了快速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱法测定土壤中的阿特拉津的方法。样品经二氯甲烷:丙酮(1:1)混合溶剂快速萃取,脱水浓缩后经硅胶小柱净化,再次浓缩后,用高效液相色谱测定。实验结果表明,当样品量为10g,定容体积为1.0mL,进样体积为10µL时,在0.05~10.0mg/L浓度范围内,线性关系良好。方法检出限、测定下限、精密度和准确度均符合HJ 1052-2019的质控要求。
