老年脑梗死患者的安全输液护理效果研究

Abstract
目的：研究安全输液护理用于老年脑梗死的作用。方法：随机均分2023年1月-2024年12月本院接诊老年脑梗死病人（N=60）。试验组采取安全输液护理，对照组行常规护理。对比换药间隔时间等指标。结果：关于护士巡视频率与换药间隔时间：试验组（2.01±0.67）次/h、（54.04±6.93）min，对照组（1.09±0.39）次/h、（73.15±8.79）min，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。不良事件：试验组3.33%，对照组20.0%，P＜0.05。满意度：试验组96.67%，对照组76.67%，P＜0.05。结论：老年脑梗死病人用安全输液护理，其换药间隔时间、不良事件与满意度等指标均得到显著改善。
