围术期疼痛护理智慧化管理模式构建与应用

Abstract
目的：构建基于移动医疗的疼痛护理管理模式并初步应用于临床,实现围术期疼痛护理工作的智慧化管理。方法：采用vue3+elementUI+van结合Axios、Vue-router技术构建用户前端,服务层应用springboot2.7技术,数据层应用mysql5.8技术,反向代理层应用nginx技术,构建管理员后端搭建微信公众号平台,采用mysql及接口对接技术,将微信平台分别与数据中心、疼痛系统与护理系统对接构建智慧化疼痛护理管理模式,最后将该模式初步应用于脊柱骨科手术患者以验证其实用性。结果：基于移动医疗技术,以微信公众号为载体,疼痛系统和护理系统为支撑,搭建了疼痛宣教、量表自评和疼痛访视三大模块的应用前端和具有角色,菜单和内容加载的管理后端,在模式应用中实现了护理人员对患者术前疼痛、焦虑、抑郁状态和术后疼痛评估与管理的智慧化模式。结论：围术期疼痛护理智慧化管理模式的构建,使护理人员能及时识别和遵医嘱处理患者围术期疼痛与不良反应,为临床提供了相对标准的疼痛护理方式。
