拉丁美洲非正式住房治理经验探索——以里约为例

Abstract
本文从非正式住房的角度出发,探讨了拉丁美洲国家面临的住房挑战,并总结了里约热内卢贫民窟中非正式住房的发展及其相关政策演变。此外,还深入讨论了里约热内卢在贫民窟住房治理方面的经验及提出的合理化改进措施。总而言之,里约热内卢政府对贫民窟的态度经历了从排斥到接纳的重大转变,这对于全球范围内解决类似问题具有重要启示意义。
